You are assuming that someone just picked a typeface and set the words, et voila, a logo.
That’s a common misconception. Logotypes are rarely straight settings of a typeface—the design process usually includes some level of customization. Cloister Black may have only served as the inspiration for a hand drawn logotype.
I can’t find anything that is closer than Cloister Black, and nothing that matches the C or t independently. Those two letters appear to be customizations.
