First time here? Maybe read the FAQ.

this deed was recorded in 2016, but "created in 1999"...when was the font(s) created?

I have tried many/all the online automated websites, all say no fonts found or cannot identify.

Just need main body text font identified, or any other fonts, for year of font creation.

Thanx so much

Not much we can tell from such a low-resolution sample.

It is some form of Courier, which has been around since 1955.

If a typeface didn’t exist at the time a document using it was purportedly created, then that typeface’s age could be used to disprove the date of the document. That is not the case here.

You’ll need to find another means of authenticating the date (maybe the notary seals?).

Yeah, my first impression was it looked like and old typewriter font, like Selectric.

The "mastermind" behind this once owned a stationary/printing store, had many clasps/seals.

Thanx for your help.
