Arabic: it has a sharp edge and straight line on a middle

It has some similarities to a font called Bethany. I suspect that it's been manually condensed, looking at the vertical weights vs the horizontal and diagonals.
This unusual text is on a label reading Appalachian. It has "curvy" serifs. The horizontal lines are like swishes
It is a font used in an old classic car logo (Crosley). It says "automobile" It has off serifs and is very upright, not slanted at all.

I think the Arabic text reads "Skimmed Milk". The font has a distinct straight edge at the bottom without any flamboyant serifs.
I need to change it to "Whole Milk" and need the font to change it.
