Looks like Avenir or Proxima Nova but with slightly lowered crossbar on uppercase "e" and "h"

This was seen on an internet banner ad for "Art in the ArtHouse" on the Laemmle movie theatre website. The ad is rotating, so not sure it would appear in a link if I sent it to you.

Please note the lowered crossbar does NOT appear in the top line of text, but in the lines below the date.

I think this is indeed Avenir throughout. The low crossbar of the E is due to a low-res rendering anomoly.
