Looking for a this condensed sans font w/ hints of spur (a'la decending stroke on "R")

Nice question and good catch. Inspired a quick post on Fonts In Use. Although it may seem like you “see it everywhere”. ITC Roswell is actually not so common. You may be confusing it with one of the many other typefaces in this style, such as Bureau Grot and Druk.
