From a Norwegian document, probably from the 1950s–60s. Looking for the specific style or cut, if possible.

This is Tempo Heavy. Some of the sizes, including 24–48, had this elephant ‘a’.

There are many similar fonts (see Related Typefaces), but no digitization of Tempo Heavy other than the freebie Rubber Nipple Factory that Kevin mentioned.

No luck with an original name yet, but I did find a digital revival that seems to be based on the same typeface.
