This appears to be machined and not cast, and the '2's are not exactly the same, so this could be custom made. Additionally, most companies that produce this type of work have created many of their own proprietary lettering styles not commercially available as digital typefaces, so finding a downloadable font is unlikely. A few companies to look for are Strassacker, Bernhard, Binder, Konig, and Plein, but after a quick look through their catalogs I wasn't able to find anything terribly close to what you have here.
