All three fonts mentioned in the subject are so close but not quite. Anyone out there who can identify it? Much appreciated!

How old is the sign and where is it located? Before 1980 (and even occasionally after) most metallic architectural lettering in this style was not based on "printer's" fonts but rather premanufactured letters, or custom lettering from the architect. The first image appears to be horizontally scaled. I assume the original was not so narrow. If so, this sign appears to match the larger letters on this 1960 building in Chicago:

The ‘E’ is narrower in your example, however.
