I can imagine that it’s the Latin part of a Japanese rounded sans (Maru Gothic), but I’m not finding a match.

I found a PDF of one of their publications—maybe a bolder weight of HG丸ｺﾞｼｯｸM-PRO (HG round gothic M-PRO)?
