This font looks very similar to the font "Sweet Pea", but there are subtle differences when comparing the two. Does anyone know the name of the font in this image?

I think it's just a modified Sweet Pea (the digits are exactly the same, the main difference in letters is a smaller tail or some emboldenment).

Agree, Emily Spadoni, the designer of Sweet Pea, has many other fonts that are just slightly different, so if you're looking for a bolder style you might find it in her collection, including Sugar Plums which is the complete version of Sweet Pea.
