The font ins't slanted, the image was slightly skewered to beging with so I did my best to change the perspective and make it look lik you are looking straight at the sign.

That appears to be a custom handpainted sign, not a font exactly. It does, however, seem to be influenced by a few fonts: Busorama, Pump and Kabel.
