Like Times New Roman but thinner Bottom?

thanks! but is there a free alternative? I want to design shirts and use this font, and i dont want to go against the law

If you're designing shirts that will be sold as commercial products it makes sense to invest a few dollars into the materials that will produce those shirts, right? 

The similar Didonesque is on sale right now, with the Roman weight available for free.
