You can find this as "OPTI-Recherche" by Opti - Castcraft foundry.

Note though that Opti is defunct since 2005 and many of their fonts were not original, so be extra carefull if you need to acquire a legitimate commercial license on this font. You can find more information about Opti at Luc Devroy site.

According to Hans Reichardt, Recherche was designed by James Herriet, Sr. for Johnson Type Foundry (probably in the late 1800s). Richard Beatty also did a digital version, which should be available from FontShop even though it’s not on their online shop right now, because it’s still in PostScript format.
