Gill Sans Bold Condensed is very close (though the crossbar on the E is longer than on your sample).

Hi, Lizzie! Like your other samples from this project I believe this is hand lettering, not a typeface. That said, the repeating letters are nearly identical, which could mean a template or stencil was used. So the best way to replicate this style is to hire a lettering artist — a font will only get close. kthomps5’s recommendation of Gill Sans is good. Also try Prenton Condensed.
