Supreme Court building font

I cannot match the J, and that's important for balance.  I'm considering Trajanus, Cinzel, and Constantine, but all have problems that stand out to me.  I'd also like to match the triangle wingdings that separate the words.  Is this an actual font, or just a design decision by the architects?  Many thanks.

Inscriptional lettering like this is rarely based on fonts; it’s chiseled by hand by a stonecarver who creates the design from scratch. Hire a lettering artist to properly replicate this inscription.
