The type appears to be an Art Deco style. Found in the logo of an old air compressor.

This type use lowercase n & m as uppercase.  All of the other letters appear normal.  I am trying to recreate the decal for restoring an air compressor.  I tried taking a picture and restoring in a photo editor, but that didn't work.  The decal is on a curved surface and I can't get a photo with straight lines.  The company was Minneapolis-Honeywell.

This is hand lettering (in a style sometimes called “gaspipe”). It is not type. Here are some fonts in that style.
