Newcastle Sign.jpg
I recently bought this sign in the UK and am trying to identify where it originally came from. I suspect it either came from the UK rail Network or a European ferry terminal.  The reason I believe it may be from a ferry terminal is because the seller also had a sign in an identical style that read   'Newcastle - Hull'  which are both UK ferry terminals.

From looking online the font looks like a form of Gill Sans but I've not found an exact match. The 't' and the 'a' seem particularly distinctive. Any help is much appreciated, as I'm no expert on fonts.

Similar to URW Galaxie No. 2 Bold, but it isn’t sold anymore (and the t isn’t quite a match). A Google search will yield some sketchy download sites, so proceed at your own risk....
