This is an odd font. Some of the lower case letters are elongated and swirled at the top.

Eek!

Most of this is Galahad, based on calligraphy by Alan Blackman. It has a lot of alternate glyphs, which have been used very poorly. The letters look so varied because another font has been mixed in for some odd reason — the words 'loves' and 'world' are in a second, unrelated font.

The American expression for this kind of work is a 'hot mess'!

I'd guess that was done by hand rather than with a font — there's too much variation in the letters.
