This is most likely to be inspired by Caslon and hand-drawn. If you examine the /e/ characters, they are all different. You can purchase rough/antique versions of Caslon-inspired fonts that will give you a similar result to the example.

I agree with Paulo that this is hand drawn. Best way to do this kind of thing is through lettering. Hire a letterer!

If you must use a font, here is a list of antiqued serifs. A few in the middle of the list, such as ITC Founder’s Caslon (below) come closest to this style.
