Your two samples show two different typefaces.

SEA ISLE appears to be a vertically compressed setting of some form of Century, maybe Century 725 Black.

The S is something else. It resembles a squashed/stretched setting of some form of Clarendon, but that’s not quite a match. Warrior Black is another similar, as is Egyptienne Extra Wide.

If you have more letters in that sample, please post them (awfully difficult to ID from a single letter).
