Unusual W and Y, slab serif, 1990s

Tried every online identifier to no avail. Google brought me here.

The image uploaded is from a tracing I made from a low-res photo of the type.

It was used as shown on a bicycle wheel originating from Japan, ised in the US, mid 90s.

Product is branded "POWER CYCLEWORLD Tension Disc". Words other than CYCLEWORLD are in other typefaces, Tension disc being an elngated Brush Script with different uppercase T, so chance are CYCLEWORLD is a commerical font, too, but may be bespoke. Not found anything close. Serfis are blocky.
