Anyone know the origin of these letters?

I've been wondering a lot about these letters after reading Ray Larabie's description of his Metal Lord typeface:
https://typodermicfonts.com/metal-lord/

I did some research and found the following:

Vic Fair (designer of the David Bowie poster) says he did not do the type, but can't remeber who did it (see comments):
https://www.filmonpaper.com/blog/interview-vic-fair/

A user here claims former Iron Maiden vocalist Dennis Willcock designed the logo by using an already existing typeface:
https://forum.maidenfans.com/threads/font-used-by-iron-maiden-and-others.20932/

Below are some artwork with the same type. Some are slightly adjusted, others have the exact same letters, which makes me think it's a typeface.

Not quite. Metal Lord is a digital interpretation, but these examples all came sooner. The original was phototype of unknown origin, though Fontastique claims to know

I think Fontastique has this: Bone Shaker. This typeface seems rare to me.
