Sorry, not finding a match.

I am seeing enough variation among the repeating letters to think that what you posted might be hand lettered, not typeset (keep in mind that Open Type fonts, which can include lots of contextual variants for the same letter, didn’t exist until 1996).

Reminds me a bit of FunkyFresh.
