Manitou Sample.jpg
This typeface was used for the 1976 mass market paperback of Graham Masterton's THE MANITOU, as well as the entirety of the 1978 film adaptation's Opening and End Credits. (A different but similar typeface was used for the movie poster, but I'm not interested in that.) No matches available from either WhatTheFont or Squirrel Font Matcherator, so I'm assuming it's not been digitized. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Its name is Castriota Flat Top, designed by Leo Castriota for Photo-Lettering, Inc. sometime between 1971 and 1975. I don’t know of a digital version.

Thank you so much! Do you know of any resource where I might find the entire set of characters?
No, sorry. If you plan to do a digitization, you will want to get in touch with House Industries. The acquired the Photo-Lettering assets and may hold the rights to this design, as well as the original film.
OK, thanks again.
