To me this font looks like the dreaded Comic Sans . It appears on the cover of a Laserdisc - produced in 1988/89 and manufactured and released in 1990.
This font appeared on a book cover. The first letter of the word (same applies to all capital letters, I'm guessing) has a decorative swirl.
Appears in the background in dark blue on the cover of Tim Samara's book, "Design Elements-A Graphic Style Manual."
The type appears to be an Art Deco style. Found in the logo of an old air compressor.
I found this font on the website www.pulmodata.si and can't find it's name. It seems to be a sort of continued handwritten fonts.

This appears to be a fleuron, printer's mark or type decoration. Appears on cover of a genealogy book.
that would be my guess too. do you have a date of the publication or more information?
It is in a self-published genealogy book that is 10 years old. I know that the person who wrote the book used a word processor to create the book, so it likely a font she purchased specifically for the title page of the book.
