Seems to be a modification (the s) of GT America, by Grilli Type.

Thank you @kthomps5 - I had GT America as one of my options.

I surely thought that there may be a font that suits that 's', as I wouldn't have thought someone would go to the trouble of replacing the 's' everytime they wrote something, although it just may only be used for logo wordmarks etc.

I know that Grilli Type created a custom version of GT America for the furniture company Burrow, but they don't list Shepparton as a custom type client on their site.

The s may simply be a custom glyph created by the logo designer that they substitute in whenever they need it.

That ‘s’ may be inspired by Grotesque No. 9, a very British typeface. Its closest digital revival is Bureau Grot.
