The way the "3" is shaped is a dead giveaway for Agency FB. Likewise, the "R" and other letters match. But as far as I can tell, there is no variations of this family that has the pointed edges at the top of the font like this font has. I'm unsure if it comes from a movie or book or sports team or some other media where they might have modified the Agency FB font or somewhere else. The "1" also seems to be shaped slightly different than the Agency FB font. Any help that way on nailing down the name of this variant would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! :)

It is an adaptation of Agency FB / Agency Gothic. Seems to go by the name of NCAA Washington St on a number of “free” font sites, but is officially known as Cougar Bold and is a custom part of the university’s branding,

I’d be very careful about using it, since it is copyrighted.

Fantastic catch! I think you are right on! And I agree. That's always the problem when people use those "free" fonts. It isn't completely identical as WSU's font only puts tails on specific letters as opposed to every letter but it is very close and a bit sketchy all the same. Thanks for the info! You found that fast! That one had me stumped for a while.
