The typeface predates the patisserie’s founding by 22 years—Arnold Böcklin (1904, Otto Weisert Foundry).


But I doubt the sign dates from 1926—looks like a modern attempt to evoke that era, but they got the style wrong. More Art Nouveau (1890 to 1910) than 1920s.
