Likely Phototype’s Wotan Bold Condensed, a phototypesetting version of Aurora-Grotesk.

Digitized as Aurora by Bitstream and as Wagner Grotesk by Canada Type (condensed).

Thanks for linking to our page on Fonts In Use, Kevin! The Aurora series is so convoluted, we decided to split it up into several entries. This is (a version of) the Bold Condensed, which went under many names including Aurora-Grotesk IX.

One detail that is different from the original as well as from Bitstream’s digitization is the narrow C. If necessary, you can easily make it yourself by trimming the glyph.
