This is probably not a font in direct use, but was made with physical stencils. Having said that, the typeface named Stencil comes pretty close, in terms of weight, proportions, and bridge placement. If you want to replicate the eroded look, there are more or less grunged versions as Stencil MN Antique and Common Stencil JNL. But in order to really come close, you’d have to apply some effects and textures yourself.
