Handel Gothic look-a-like

Question

I found this one-line showing in my FotoStar catalog, unfortunately no full glyphset is available.
Any ideas which typeface this could be, maybe it was released also under a different name.
It is similar to Handel Gothic Bold.

Since Handel Gothic was a Facsimile Fonts original, I’d assume it’s just that: a spinoff of Handel Gothic, issued by Bob Trogman and probably exclusive to FotoStar. I don’t recall seeing it in catalogs by the usual suspects such as Lettergraphics and Castcraft.
