Have been unable to ID this special font used on a college rugby uniform if anyone recognizes it?

Awfully difficult to ID from a single character, and from a distorted image.

Based on what little I can see, I'm guessing it is Audiowide by Astigmatic, a Google web font.

Federal Service by Iconian is also quite close.
