Looks like the western letters from some asian systemfonts on MacOS, like Bangla Sangam MN, Gurmukhi Sangam MN, Malayalam Sangam MN, Devanagari Sangam MN and probably some other more …

More info about this typeface on Fonts In Use where we label it Sangam MN Latin.
