Heavy characters with unusual inktrap shapes

Sorry, but it appears to be a customization of Helvetica Extended Black (actually a slightly closer match to the Helvetica clone Nimbus Sans Extended Black).

I believe the ink traps are custom additions. The underlying letterforms appear to be taken from Neue Helvetica 93 or similar.
