Hello! The club's name is Club Sarmiento Juventud Unida from Tilisarao, Argentina. I was only able to retrieve pixelated photos of this logo because I wanna redraw it with the proper font.

Stewf is right—too much distortion. As is, the closest I could suggest would be Univers Bold.

However, I found a better image:
