It’s Lenox Hill Triple Condensed, a member of the vast Lenox Hill series by Photo-Lettering.

There’s no digital version of Lenox Hill, is there? I take it you mean that none of the digitally available typefaces is as nice as this one. FYI, Identifont has a handy list of “Tallest sans-serif” fonts.

It looks to be Univers 39 Thin Ultra Condensed in use. It does seem artificially condensed even more. and someone modified the hockey-stick y. it may be adapted to better match the j. there probably is a better answer out there, but it i a step in the right direction.
