Specht makes use of Suisse Int'l Book in other projects, but not quite a match to your sample Here's the title copy, converted to B&W. I get Neue Haas Unica, Helvetica, and other close matches, but without a larger, sharper a or a G, hard to be sure.

I don’t have a solution! Didn’t mean to test you :) I just thought that the t might provide a clue. It could be an alternate, though. Or a modification – entirely possible at an art school that teaches type design. ECAL’s website has a couple more images.
