Question

This font isn't ITC Bauhaus or Moderna by Fontalicious. I suspect it's custom, but we'll see For reference, Amusement Vision was a Sega division that lasted from 2000-2005, so the origin may be what Sega has

Most logotypes are custom, and that appears to be the case here.

 

For the a, Chalet Tokyo is very close.

 

For the v, Variex is quite similar.
