Appears to be Serif6 Beta, attributed on some sketchy sites to Stefan Hattenbach, but I can't find it listed among his work on Identfont or his own website.

EDIT: I reached out to Stefan, who responded with this information:

This have been a bit of mystery for me too. I have not designed this family. Long time ago I contacted the original distributor (I think it was situated in Australia) and told them I’m not the designer. They replied they would change it. It never happened and since then they are flosting around on many ”free font” web sites.
