To restore an old label, I'm looking for a font that is as similar as possible, or the same (if it is in digital form) from a label from an old apothecary bottle from the mid-19th century to the early 20th century.

Hi, it's not perfect, but off the top of my head, Archive Antiqua Extra Condensed is a pretty good match when squashed down a bit.

In German parlance you’re looking for an “Egyptienne” (slab) and bold “fette”. See the middle sizes of Breite Fette Egyptienne, like this one:

This type may have been based on Figgins’s Antique No. 6, which you can get in a revised digital form from Commercial Type (Antique No 6 or Successor), Font Bureau (Giza 9), or House Industries (Municipal).

Thank you, could you also find the font from the first and third line text? (goldenen, Franz Sedlař / Füttergasse 23. - Telephon)

The bottom line might be Romana. Antiqua Romana may be good for the top line (has the pointed leg on the K), but the g isn’t quite right. Romanisch is another option for the top line.
