Reminds me of Trajan but its not. Would appreciate any help.

Need to re-build logo for client.  Attached is the best sample I was given. Note no spur or cusp on A or G, P and R don't meet verticle, no stem on U.

It’s the Google web font Cinzel.

 

Rebuild it if you must, but it is a horrible logotype (I'd at least separate the monogram from the full name, for readability).
