Plantin manually condensed. A proper condensed version does exist

The uppercases are the same in both. Plantin Infant has alternate single-story forms for lowercase a and g and a rounder lowercase y (presumably for children learning to read)

If I may, I'll take advantage of your expertise again: do you happen to know in which font I can find that cross that divides the text ??

Not sure about that one! It’s probably a custom shape, but it could be from a dingbat/pi font that I couldn’t find
...
