Please help me find the font of the blue headers in the cookbook called "Carnation Cook Book" by Mary Blake, 1941 edition, published in Milwaukee by The Carnation Company.

Link to book: https://www.ebay.com/itm/295928128760

To clarify, the font I would like to know in the images are "Contents", "Breads" and "Frozen Desserts"

Sorry, not finding a match.

I strongly suspect that it is lettering, not a typeface.

For digital typefaces with a similar vibe, try Cosmopolitan Script, Hustle Script

What Kevin said: this is definitely lettering, not type.

For a typeface in the same ballpark that was already available in 1941, see Kaufmann (1936). For a contemporary option, I’ll add Ballpoint Script.
