“Atomic Gnome” started out with a bold weight from Berlin Sans and then was squeezed horizontally.
The flat-bottomed J suggests some version of Franklin Gothic. Again, the letterforms are distorted (almost) beyond recognition.
“1980” are the oldstyle numerals of some Garalde or similar. Not finding a match.
