Yes, it is Blackoak by Joy Redick, just manually compressed.

It happens all the time, the designers love the letterforms of this typeface but it is too wide for some works:

And it looks like they've replaced to square dot over the "i" with round ones.

I can't imagine distorting type the way this way, as I was taught never to do that, but I suppose if everyone else is doing it, better consider it after all!
