Appears to be Miller Text Bold Italic, but would need a larger, sharper image to be absolutely sure.

 

It would be helpful to know the name of the whiskey—better images of the packaging may exist on the web.

Confirming Miller Text, thanks to locating a larger image online (Miller Text Bold is also used for Drumshanbo on the label).
