Seems to be mostly Progress Ordin, by Khay Redd. The J is a customiztion from another variation of the face, Progress Regular.

Thank you so much for the vast improvement. I simply used their logotype as it was on the foundation's web site, causing me anguish at the sight of a terrible case of pixelisation and general blurriness.
