The distortion of the image (and/or printing) makes it seem different, but I’m pretty sure this is Gill Sans Bold.

Thank you very much. I cannot tell whether the distortion is due to a printing tecnique, but I feel intrigued by how many of the forms of the letters do not seem squeezed or clearly distorted.
