This seems to be a common font on other university diplomas, too. I've looked at a lot of similar fonts for my wedding invites but my fiance really likes the crossbar on the S. I'm hoping this a font out there.

Sorry, but it doesn't appear to be a commercially available typeface. Most diploma mastheads are custom engravings and predate digital typefaces.
