Help ID font used for One Kiss by Calvin Harris & Dua Lipa

Can somebody help me identify the font used on the cover of One Kiss by Calvin Harris and Dua Lipa? In particular the dotted font. I'm trying to figure out if it's a font (which I was not able to identify) or a half tone customization of the helvetica (I guess) smaller font used on the side. Thanks in advance.

There are a few typefaces that have the halftone screen effect built in – Acidic, Bloor, Cloud 9, Process, and more – but none are a match, so I think this is an effect applied to Helvetica Bold, as you suggest.
